How do I order an available object?

Start at Products, choose an object, and open its detail page. The Interest register there lets you tell us how you would use it and leave an email so Kernwisp can follow up with the next details. The storefront does not currently promise an instant checkout.

Which objects are available now?

The current collection appears on the Products page under “Available now.” Availability can change as each release takes shape, so the catalog is the best place to check what is on the shelf.

When will my order ship, and where does Kernwisp ship?

Shipping timing and destination coverage are not published yet. If you are interested in an object, ask about your destination when Kernwisp follows up and we will confirm the details before any order.

A return or exchange window is not established in the current storefront. Please ask before committing to an object so Kernwisp can confirm the policy for that release.

Materials and care are specific to each object. The storefront does not yet publish a complete specification, so check the object notes or email Kernwisp for the latest details on the piece you are considering.

There is no general size chart currently published. For a fit-sensitive object, tell us how you plan to use it and ask for the relevant fit notes before you order.

Use the Wholesale page for shops, studios, and teams. A rough quantity is enough for a first note; Kernwisp will follow up about fit, timing, and which objects make sense for your shelf.
